What is the burn time of Foundry. candles?
Your candle should last up to 40 hours of burn time if you care for your candle and prevent any tunnelling.
Any tips for long lasting candle?
On your first burn allow your candle to burn for around 4 hours, or until the wax has melted evenly across the surface. This helps prevent tunnelling and promotes an even burn throughout the life of the candle.
Once the wax has hardened trim the wick to prevent mushrooming, this can simply be done with scissors, a wick trimmer or even sometimes fingers.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
We make our candles here in the UK sourcing many of our raw products from manufacturers from here also, however for some we may need to travel further afield to ensure we have the best quality product for you.
How much does shipping cost?
We can only currently ship to a UK address. Shipping is a flat rate of £3.95, with free shipping automatically being applied if you spend more than £50.
